If Court Declare Tinubu Real Winner Of The Election Without Live Coverage Nigeria Will Disagree- Inko Tariah

According to information gathered by SEPTIN911, Inko Tariah, a political analyst and former special adviser to the governor of Rivers State, spoke with the media. He discussed the court's decision to forbid live coverage of court hearings during the conversation.

According to Inko Tariah, permitting live coverage of court hearings would inform Nigerians of the status of the case and give them hope that justice will ultimately be done.

Therefore, there is a drawback to prohibiting live broadcast in the court: Nigerians will mistrust the judgments, especially if Bola Tinubu is declared the true winner of the presidential election.

Therefore, everyone was required to observe everything that happened in the tribunal with their own eyes in order to determine whether the judge was impartial or treating the case fairly.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the president-elect Bola Tinubu, and his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), reportedly opposed a call for the live broadcast of the proceedings of the Presidential Election Petition Court on Thursday. This is according to Nigerian news agency early explained that.

In order to challenge Mr. Tinubu's election triumph, the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, had asked the court to permit live broadcast of its proceedings.

The petitioners' legal team, represented by Senior Advocate of Nigeria Chris Uche, argued the application on Thursday and requested the court to permit the live broadcast of proceedings due to the "national import" of the issue.

"A discretion to permit public access to proceedings, either physically or through electronic means, is an integral part of the constitutional duty of the court to hold proceedings in public," Mr. Uche stated in the application.

He claimed that his motion was opposed by INEC, Mr. Tinubu, and the APC without providing any legal justification.
